What kind of businesses do you work with?
We work with tradies of all types, from sole traders to growing teams. We also work with trade-aligned businesses like material suppliers and manufacturers who need a polished, professional presence designed to get sales.
How long does the process take?
To do the best work, we take a limited number of bookings. Once you are booked in, most projects take between 2 and 6 weeks depending on what you need. Logos are usually quicker. Full setups including websites or signage can take a little longer, but we always keep things moving.
Do I have to know what I want before we start?
Not at all. We’ll guide you through it. We can even give you some ideas to kick start the process. We start by understanding your goals, then give you options that suit your business and budget.
What’s included in your packages?
We offer three simple ways to get started: logo only, logo and website, or a full package that can include signage, print and more. You choose what you need.
How many logo concepts will I get?
We usually present two to three strong directions based on your goals and feedback. You can then choose one and request revisions.
Can I use the logo on uniforms, vehicles and signage?
Yes. Your final logo files are delivered in the right formats for all applications.
Can my logo be trademarked?
We design all logos from scratch so they’re unique to you to give you the best chance of getting it through the trademark process.
Do I own the logo once it’s done?
Yes. Once your project is complete and paid for, the logo is yours to use. We package it up in all formats to make it easy for you to apply internally and share with other suppliers as needed.
What’s included in a website build?
We design and build a modern, mobile-friendly site with your logo, colours, text and photos. It’s fast to load and easy to use.
Do you write the words for the website?
Yes. We write all the copy based on your input and the kind of jobs you want to attract.
Will my website work on phones?
Absolutely. All our websites are mobile responsive and optimised for speed.
Can I make updates later?
Yes. We can set you up with a login so you can make updates, or we can help with changes when needed.
Do I need to sort out hosting or a domain name?
We can help register your domain and set up hosting if needed.
What kind of vehicles can you wrap?
We can design signage for utes, vans, trailers and more. Full wraps, partial wraps or simple door decals, whatever suits your budget.
Can you arrange printing and installation?
Yes. We have partners we trust and can help coordinate the entire process.
What do I need to provide for vehicle signage?
Just your vehicle make and model, and a few photos. We’ll handle the rest.
Do you supply the uniforms too?
We can connect you with uniform suppliers, or work with your preferred provider. We’ll supply the design files needed.
Can you design high-vis and branded PPE?
Yes. We can apply your logo and design across a range of workwear, including hi-vis, shirts, jackets and hats.
What can you help me design?
We design business cards, flyers, DLs, brochures, magnets, stickers and more.
Can I print them myself or do you organise that?
You’ll get print-ready files, or we can handle print and delivery through our trusted trade suppliers.
Do you do one-off designs or bulk packages?
Both. We can create a single item or bundle it as part of a custom package.
Do I get the files at the end?
Yes. You’ll receive everything you need: logos in all formats, website access, and print-ready artwork.
Can I use these designs with other suppliers?
Absolutely. Once your project is complete, the files are yours to use however you need.
